To verify the status of your financial aid refund on TritonLink, follow these steps:
Financial Aid Award Log into TritonLink and go to Financial Tools > Financial Aid. Here, you can confirm if your financial aid file is complete and check for any administrative holds that may delay disbursement.
Disbursement & Billing Next, navigate to Financial Tools > TritonPay (formerly E-Bill). Under Account Activity, you will find details on when your financial aid funds have been credited to your account to cover registration fees and other charges.
Refund Status If your aid exceeds your charges, a refund transaction will appear in your account activity. Ensure you are enrolled in at least 12 units to qualify for full disbursement, and check the refund availability dates, typically starting the first week of instruction for each quarter.
