My student is a freshman and is feeling overwhelmed only two weeks into the quarter. They’re having trouble understanding the professor, office hours are overcrowded, and the TA’s office hours don’t work with their schedule. What are the best ways at UCLA to get additional help quickly (tutoring resources, discussion sections, study groups, etc.) before they fall behind?
Freshmen at UCLA can find immediate assistance through a variety of academic support services designed to alleviate feelings of overwhelm early in the quarter.
