So my brilliant son lost his bruincard this morning and now he needs a new one. This is the second one he has lost. Where should he go for a replacement - he said he does not remember. Thx y'all
If your son has lost his BruinCard, he can get a replacement by visiting the BruinCard Center located at 123 Kerckhoff Hall, 308 Westwood Plaza.
Office Hours
- Walk-in Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
- Appointments: Recommended to improve efficiency, available during the same hours.
- The cost for a lost BruinCard is $25.00.
- Payment can be made using BruinCard Easy Pay funds or a physical credit/debit card; cash and mobile payments are not accepted.
- There may be a $10 discount available once per quarter for eligible students.

Suspend the Card:
He should log in to the BruinCard Student Portal to freeze his account to prevent unauthorized use. 2.
Verify Eligibility:
Ensure he is an active University member with an approved photo on file. 3.
Update Access:
If he lives in university housing, he will need to visit his building's Front Desk after receiving the new card to have it encoded for room access.
