If the Bobcat Card stops working, is there a same-day fix on campus or does it take days?
If your BuckID at Ohio State University ceases to function, you can obtain a same-day resolution at various campus locations without the need for an appointment.
Where to Seek Assistance

Walk-in services are available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. If your card is physically damaged or has stopped working, bring the old card with you; if your name and ID number are visible, you may not need an additional photo ID to verify your identity. Cards damaged through normal use may be replaced at no charge if the damaged card is returned. If you suspect unauthorized use or have lost your card, you can deactivate it immediately via the OSU app or BuckID website.
