If you are a CSULB student experiencing mental health challenges, it is crucial to seek help from the appropriate resources available on campus. The Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) offers a range of services designed to support students in need.
Counseling Services
CAPS provides individual counseling, group therapy, and crisis intervention. Students can schedule an appointment by calling (562) 985-4001 or visiting their office located in the Student Health Center. They also offer same-day crisis appointments for urgent situations.
